The Minor – 18 s.h.

The minor requires 18 s.h. credit. Most of our students opt for a double major to broaden their educational experiences and acquire a more immediately marketable skill.

Minor Requirements:

  • RELI 1000: Introduction to Religious Studies or 1690 World Religions (3 s.h) and 15 s.h. from electives with (minimum of 12 s.h. from “Religion Electives”)

Study Abroad

Each year, ECU leads study abroad programs with substantial religious content. Our students have visited Egypt, Ghana, Greece, India, Italy, Japan, Kenya, and Mexico. During these educational journeys, students receive academic credit. With the approval from the director, a student may earn a maximum of 6 s.h. of credit toward the major or minor.
